What is the typical delivery time?

Shipping and handling typically require approximately 7 to 14 business days for delivery from Nebraska to your home or office. This timeframe accounts for the processing of your order, packaging, and the transit time needed for the shipment to reach its destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific location and any unforeseen delays that may occur during transit.

What are our delivery locations?

We have decided to concentrate our delivery services within a smaller scope, and therefore, we are unable to ship outside the Midwest region. This includes the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas

Return Policy

At 360 Creatives, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Non-returnable Items:

Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
